NEAVE TRIO | REBECCA CLARKE PIANO TRIO | HER VOICE | MUSIC VIDEO

”These women – Louise Farrenc, Amy Beach and Rebecca Clarke – really broke down barriers and paved the way for future generations … we are so humbled to play a part in honoring their legacies by performing and recording these masterworks alongside the more well-known catalogue of piano trio repertoire …” Neave Trio violinist, Anna Williams has told The Violin Channel.

“From the elegant, French late Classical style of Louise Farrenc to the Romantic, floating, buoyant melodies of Amy Beach to the dramatic, haunting landscape and atmosphere of Rebecca Clarke, each piano trio represents the composer’s unique voice and distinct style …” she has said.

”We hope our listeners will fall in love with these three pieces as much as we did and that they will be inspired to seek out other works by women composers – both from the past, and the present.”
