Harrison Parrott London has this week announced the signing of 33-year-old Hungarian-born cello virtuoso István Várdai to their roster – for worldwide general management.
A graduate of the Franz Liszt University of Music, the Vienna University of Music and the Kronberg Academy, István is a former 1st prize winner at the David Popper, Emanuel Feuermann, Johannes Brahms, Geneva and ARD International Cello Competitions.

His upcoming performances include solo engagements with the Helsinki Philharmonic, BBC Philharmonic Orchestra, Manchester Camerata, Orchestre National du Capitole de Toulouse, Helsinki Philharmonic and the Hungarian National Philharmonic.
